Livermush was one of my favorite foods when I was young, thought I don’t eat it much (or ever) anymore.
I didn’t realize that North Carolina was the only source of livermush left. And I’d say that their “livermush west of the Yadkin, liver pudding to the east” is accurate, as it was labeled as livermush in Wilkes County.
